Aqua Energy has a number of options to help you remove paint coatings and other coatings from any surface. Our surface preparation accessories include robots to help automate and reduce the manpower required for your coatings removal projects.

Robotic Wall Climber
The Robot Climber climbs verticals and overhead surfaces. A powerful vacuum holds the Robot Climber to the surface. This vacuum also captures waste, preventing the spread of contamination or toxins. Thus coatings removal or concrete scarifying is completely contained. In tandem with High Productivity, the Robot Climber provides safe and economical removal of contamination, paint & coatings, toxins or concrete from surfaces. Handheld Wall Climber
Designed to be the fastest manually operated Coatings Removal System on the market. The hand held wall climber creates a 190mm (7-1/2") wide cleaning path. This paint and coatings removal system requires only one man to operate the unit. Coatings are easily removed at high pressure and a vacuum recovery unit removes the spent water and old coatings from the work surface to a separation system for safe disposal. Surface Preparation Nozzles
Aqua Energy’s surface preparation nozzles are designed to remove paint, coatings and concrete. Capable of performing at pressure up to 2750bar these rotating nozzles deliver exceptional performance.
